The 3-day 2023 China International Digital Economy Expo opened on September 6th at the Shijiazhuang (Zhengding) International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hebei Province. As the guest city for this expo, our city participated in themed exhibitions and related activities. The exhibition area was themed with Digit Brings Wonderfulness to Tianjin and Intelligence Leads to the Future, and many enterprises presented brilliant achievements in the digital economy.

As the pioneer of Chinese path to modernization ports, Tianjin Port Group displayed the world’s first smart zero carbon container terminal at the exhibition. Tianjin Bohai Chemical Group, which has a history of “millennium salt industry and century old chemical industry”, has made appearances with companies such as Bohai Chemical Development, Bohai Chemical, and Bohai IoT. The National Supercomputing Tianjin Center, which has deployed two major supercomputing systems, Tianhe-1, Tianhe-3, has demonstrated its charm as the most widely used and high-performance supercomputing center in China. Qilin Software and Feiteng Information are leading companies in China’s information and innovation industry, showcasing the product system of “Feiteng CPU+Qilin Operating System”, which has a comprehensive market share of nearly 80% in the domestic information and innovation field. Tianjin Industry and Information Technology Institute demonstrated the visual AI security management system and SmartVision detection system. Tianjin Smart City Research Institute presented advanced concepts and construction achievements in the field of digital transformation. The Hebei District of Tianjin showcases the achievements of digital economy development, such as the Tianjin Artificial Intelligence Computing Center and the first intelligent networking demonstration road in the central urban area of Tianjin. The Northern Big Data Trading Center has proposed a knowledge data trading model to further promote the compliance, security, and order of data product trading processes.

The Tianjin exhibition area presents the achievements of Tianjin in information technology application innovation, big data, intelligent manufacturing, industrial internet, smart city, smart port, digital economy and commercial scenarios through multimedia videos, interactive displays, and graphic explanations. It also showcases the achievements of Tianjin in implementing the Ten Actions to advance high-quality development and actively implementing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy.
